If you have sponsored the Jeff Choir program and are entitled to advertising in our programs, thank you! Below are specifications for quarter-page, half-page, and full-page ads to assist you in preparing your ad. In addition, we ask all sponsors to supply a logo in landscape format (that is, wider than it is tall) for use in listings of sponsors on slides or print.
File Format
We prefer either JPG or PNG format for files. If you have a different file format you need to send us, we will do our best to convert it for you.
Logo
All sponsors are asked to supply a logo for their company or organization. These will be displayed on monitors at resolutions between 4;3 and 16:9. Any landscape-orientation logo is fine; we don’t need uniform sizing as they will be displayed either by themselves or in a list.
QUarter-page Ad
If you are entitled to a quarter-page ad for your sponsorship level, please have it match the following specifications as closely as possible. The pixel sizes are given as a suggestion; the more pixels, the better print quality, up to about 1200 dpi maximum.
Half-page Ad
If you are entitled to a half-page ad for your sponsorship level, please have it match the following specifications as closely as possible. The pixel sizes are given as a suggestion; the more pixels, the better print quality, up to about 1200 dpi maximum.
Full-page Ad
If you are entitled to a full-page ad for your sponsorship level, please have it match the following specifications as closely as possible. The pixel sizes are given as a suggestion; the more pixels, the better print quality, up to about 1200 dpi maximum.
